General questions
Our solutions are aimed at commercial customers such as businesses, energy suppliers and installers. We do not sell directly to private customers. If you are a private individual and are interested in our products, please contact your installer or supplier, who can integrate our systems for you.
The EcoPhi platform supports a wide range of energy and solar systems, including photovoltaic systems, battery storage, generators, grid connections, consumers, charging infrastructure and other energy management components. It enables both monitoring and active control of the systems.
EcoPhi can be integrated into existing systems or planned directly into new construction projects. Thanks to flexible interfaces and support from numerous manufacturers, our platform is suitable for both retrofits and new installations.
EcoPhi is available internationally, with a focus on Europe and Africa. Our systems and services can be used worldwide, provided that an internet connection and the appropriate communication interfaces are available.
Functions and features
In addition to comprehensive monitoring, EcoPhi also offers control functions. Systems such as batteries, generators, mains switches or loads can be controlled automatically or manually, depending on the configuration. This allows energy flows to be actively optimized and operating strategies to be implemented.
Yes, all relevant data can be exported and individual reports can be created. The platform supports automated reports, manual exports and API access for integration into other systems.
All system data is stored long-term. The exact period depends on the selected contract or platform package. As a rule, historical data remains accessible throughout the entire project duration to enable long-term analyses and comparisons.
The platform is web-based and works on all common devices, including mobile devices. The release of a mobile app is planned for early 2026.
EcoPhi offers configurable alerts for various events, e.g. performance deviations, communication failures or technical malfunctions. Alerts can be sent by email or via the platform. Depending on the configuration, critical and informative alerts can be distinguished.
